The Taylor EDC completed a new development agreement with Alliance Geotechnical Group of Austin, Inc. The specialized engineering firm is expected to relocate to the Mustang Creek Industrial Park (MCIP) by the end of next June, bringing ten technical and engineering related jobs up front and at least fourteen jobs over the 10-year agreement period. Through its land grant program, the Taylor EDC awarded approximately 1.7 acres in MCIP to the engineering firm's property developer, 404 Partners. 404 Partners will build a 6,000 SF building and invest at least $500,000 in capital.

The firm is a great fit for Taylor; it adds to the diversity of the industrial park and the business offerings in the community," says Taylor EDC President/CEO Jason Ford. "With the new land grant program, we expect even more employers to move to Taylor. The program is a win-win, helping businesses lower their finance costs while bringing new jobs and capital investment to Taylor."
